Refund Policy

Subscriptions are billed in USD at the creator’s listed tier price. Processing and FX fees are deducted from the creator’s payout, not added to the supporter’s charge.

Because subscriptions unlock digital content immediately, charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or as described below.

Cancel future renewals from the creator’s public page. To request a refund for a charge already made, open a Support ticket from your dashboard and include the payment date, creator name, and amount.

We may ask Razorpay to reverse a payment when required by card-network rules, a proven billing error, or applicable consumer law.

Creators may offer goodwill refunds for their own tiers. Bedrok does not guarantee a refund from a creator. Access to gated posts continues until the end of the paid period when you cancel.

Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method. Bank or card networks may take additional business days to show the credit. FX conversion on refunds follows Razorpay’s settlement rules.
